How to Use

• Apply as the last step of your eye makeup, after shadow and liner.
• Place the wand at the lash roots, wiggle gently, then sweep upward to the tips. Add coats to build more volume.
• Keep away from the eyes. Remove with a waterproof or oil-based eye makeup remover.
