How to Apply

1. Press a velour puff into the loose powder, then work the powder in by folding and rubbing the puff halves together or tapping it on the back of your hand.
2. Gently press the puff onto the skin using a rolling motion.
3. Apply after creamy formulas such as foundation, concealer and cream blush, using more only where you need extra shine control.
